I am interested in human structures as a symptom of how our animal selves function and create algorithmically. What I mean is simple. From massive bee hives and ant hills, to fractals generatively filling up an empty space with complexity, simple vectors can create interesting complex outcomes. That's all we really do, at the core of it. Capturing how and where our collective imaginations intersect with reality, and the various states they enter -- from growth to decay -- is the purpose of much of this work. Light, reflection, construction are the vocabulary of this exploration.
